Welcome to odin55. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and odin55 ("Platform", "we", or "odin55") regarding your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by odin55.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at odin55 at all times. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without prior notice.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. odin55 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, and failure to provide the required documents may result in restrictions on account functions including fund withdrawals.

Supported deposit methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfers to major local banks. Deposits are typically credited to your odin55 account within seconds to five minutes, depending on the method selected.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 each transaction.
• No maximum daily deposit limit is set by default; however, specific limits may apply depending on your account verification level.
• Odin55 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

For withdrawal of funds, members are required to complete the KYC process first to ensure transaction security. Withdrawals are processed within 2–5 minutes once the request is approved by the odin55 finance team.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 each transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Odin55 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request that exceeds a specified limit.
• No transaction fees are charged for standard withdrawals.

Odin55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page and should be read together with these general terms.

Rollover requirements refers to the requirement to wager the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a 5x rollover means a bonus of RM 100 must be wagered up to RM 500 before a withdrawal is permitted.

• The rollover requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the respective promotions page.
• The bonus validity period is as stated at the time the claim is made. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• Each member may claim each type of bonus once only unless otherwise stated.
• Odin55 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

For sports betting and e-sports, the odds displayed are in the format stated on the platform and are subject to change until the wager is confirmed. Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled by members except under specific circumstances outlined in the odin55 betting cancellation policy.

• Odin55 reserves the right to void or re-settle any wager in the event of a technical error, odds error, or unusual circumstance.
• Any form of game manipulation, use of unauthorised third-party software, or collusion between players is strictly prohibited.
• Decisions made by odin55 regarding any betting dispute are final and binding.
• Live betting is subject to additional rules based on the sport type and current match conditions.

For casino games, all games use Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent body to ensure true fairness and randomness. Game results cannot be manipulated by any party, including odin55 itself.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and odin55. • Never share your password, login credentials, or account verification codes with any other party.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.

Odin55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or any third party who gains access due to your negligence — is your sole responsibility.

Odin55 takes the privacy and protection of members' personal data very seriously. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with the odin55 Privacy Policy, which applies alongside this terms document.

Your personal data — including your name, address, financial information, and transaction history — is used solely for legitimate purposes related to account management, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. odin55 does not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Odin55 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• Bonus or promotion abuse.
• Fraud, attempted money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the odin55 support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid account balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.

Odin55 provides its online entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding profitability, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, odin55 shall not be liable for:

Odin55's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Odin55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the odin55 platform after any amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the odin55 platform and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to arbitration in accordance with procedures established by odin55.
